Evolving the Organisation

Just a quick #WorkingOutLoud post today, sharing an illustration around ‘evolving the Organisation’. This plays on the notion of the Structural Organisation (the parts we can engineer, see, own, and control. The building blocks of the formal space.

Perhaps as we evolve we swap some out, especially those that are burning. But structural change enough will not be enough: the notion of a Socially Dynamic Organisation is one that is impermanently bonded, reconfigurable to need. So more fluid, and with parallel social structures. Perhaps that is where the next illustration will carry me.
