Illustrating ’Power and Potential’

I’m racing through some illustrations for the Enquiry Framework around ‘Power and Potential’ today: these are deliberately sketched as i anticipate this work itself iterating rapidly. The ‘theme’ is the weather – ever present, sometimes battering us, sometimes keeping us warm!

This work explores four lenses through which to view power: the mechanisms by which it works, the shape it takes, the limits it has, and the fragility with which we hold it.

I’ll be #WorkingOutLoud to complete this work in advance of guiding two leadership cohorts through this space, starting next week.
