Again today i am just #WorkingOutLoud and sharing some of the new illustrations and work around Curiosity.
This first piece explores the tension between curiosity, and the forces of constraint (which may be well meaning, but can confine or restrict us). It’s easy to think that our challenge is to unlock curiosity, but it may predominantly be to understand and counter constraint.
The second piece asks a question that is related: why is is so hard to find the time and space to be curious within Organisations that typically want us to be creative and curious?
Of course, ‘time’ is often a proxy for something else: we lack capability, resource, support, or permission, to truly be curious.
