Don’t compete: collaborate!

Competition can drive success, but collaboration is so much more fun! Social learning spaces let us come together, to share ideas, to develop our thinking. They can transcend the barriers of organisations, of continents, even of language. I used to work within four walls, but now the only walls that remain are the ones in my head. If i can transcend them, be humble enough to listen, brave enough to contribute and dedicated enough to narrate my learning, i can achieve more through collaboration than i ever could through competition.
