My passion is understanding how people learn, and what the barriers are that can prevent us from learning.
I balance a background in research with my role as E-Learning Director with a leading UK based Learning and Development business.
Some of the themes i’ll be exploring this year include new learning technologies, social networking in business and innovations in learning and assessment methodologies.
